Acceptable Use and Product Policy

Version 1.0-20261028 · Effective date: 2026-10-28

1. Scope and platform rules

This Policy applies to listings, images, videos, variants, bundles, downloads, reviews, links, AI prompts, promotions and affiliate content. It is a platform eligibility policy and may be stricter than the law. Legal availability elsewhere does not require LokalFlow to host an item. Restrictions apply to Free, trial and paid accounts equally. No disclaimer, external link, hidden variant or private-message instruction may be used to evade this Policy.

2. Products not permitted

Do not offer illegal, stolen or counterfeit goods; unlawful weapons or explosives; illegal drugs; pirated content; fraudulent investment or pyramid schemes; child sexual exploitation material; trafficking or illegal wildlife products; or goods subject to an applicable recall or prohibition. LokalFlow also does not permit prescription-only or controlled medicines, injectable medicinal or slimming products, unapproved investigational drugs, or research chemicals and peptides marketed or packaged for personal human or animal administration. This includes “research use only” products accompanied by personal dosing, injection, weight-loss treatment or beginner-use instructions. Medical approval in another country does not override this platform restriction.

3. Restricted categories

Non-prescription medicines, health supplements, traditional products, cosmetics, medical devices, genuine laboratory-only materials and other regulated goods require written category approval before listing, plus every registration, notification, licence and advertising approval applicable to the exact product and market. Approval is not guaranteed and does not include the prohibited categories above. Ordinary cosmetics are not automatically classified as injectable medicines. Provide accurate product identity and intended use for assessment; silence is not approval. Food sellers must comply with applicable food, hygiene, allergen and labelling rules. Claims such as halal, organic or clinically proven require applicable substantiation or certification.

4. Claims and harmful conduct

Do not make unsupported cure, safety, regulatory approval or guaranteed-result claims; misrepresent laboratory purity as permission for human use; or present animal or early research results as established clinical benefits. Do not give personalised medical dosing or injection instructions through platform content. No spam, harassment, discriminatory abuse, malicious code, credential theft, unauthorised scraping, fake orders or review manipulation. Use truthful descriptions and lawful permissions for endorsements, before-and-after images and personal information.

5. Review and consequences

We may restrict a product while checking credible concerns and request verifiable evidence. Deleting a warning or changing a label alone does not resolve an underlying safety or legality issue. Reinstatement requires a satisfactory review of the product and intended use. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination and lawful reporting. See the Complaints Policy for notices, response and appeal. Nothing here states that every listed item has been inspected or certified by us.
