Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

Version 1.0-20261028 · Effective date: 2026-10-28

1. Scope and purchase terms

This Policy concerns charges paid to LokalFlow for platform plans and feature credits. It does not replace a Merchant’s obligations for goods or services sold to Buyers. Before payment, the billing offer must state the price, currency, taxes or additional charges, duration, included features and whether renewal is automatic or manual. A fixed-term purchase does not become recurring without express authorisation. Trial expiry alone does not authorise a charge. Promotional eligibility and renewal prices must be disclosed before purchase; a new price does not retrospectively alter an already paid term.

2. Cancellation and renewal

Request cancellation using the available billing control or hi@respawned.my. For recurring plans, cancellation stops future renewals after it is processed; contact us promptly if a renewal is imminent. Existing paid access normally continues to the paid-through date unless restriction is justified under the Platform Terms. Manual plans expire unless renewed. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of an increase affecting a recurring renewal and provide an opportunity to cancel. We will investigate a charge taken after a timely valid cancellation and refund it where due. Do not send full card details or banking passwords.

3. Refund entitlement

We refund verified duplicate or incorrect charges and investigate unauthorised billing promptly with the relevant provider. An unused plan or credit-pack purchase requested for refund within seven days qualifies where no paid-only feature or purchased credits have been used. If our material failure prevents delivery and is not remedied within a reasonable period, we provide the appropriate refund for the affected service, subject to mandatory rights. Ordinary change of mind after use does not normally qualify for a prorated refund. Losses attributable to our own breach are not excluded merely because a third party is involved. No blanket “no refunds” rule overrides the law or an express promise made at purchase.

4. Credits and restricted accounts

Credits are service allowances, not deposits or transferable currency. Any expiry, consumption rule or rollover limit must be disclosed before acquisition. If a charged generation fails to deliver because of a service error, request restoration or another appropriate remedy. Dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered output alone does not normally qualify. On suspension, prepaid amounts are assessed against service delivered, the reason for suspension, contractual promises and mandatory law; suspension does not automatically forfeit all funds. If we discontinue service without your breach, unused prepaid service and purchased credits that cannot be supplied will receive an appropriate refund.

5. Requests and buyer purchases

Send your account email, payment reference, date, amount and reason to hi@respawned.my. We aim to respond within three working days and process an approved refund within fourteen working days; bank posting can take longer. These targets do not extend statutory deadlines. Refund to the original payment method where possible, with alternatives verified securely. You may contact your bank or competent authority without first obtaining our permission. For a Merchant purchase, contact that Merchant for return or refund; report unresolved misconduct to us. We may assist or restrict the Merchant but do not promise a refund from funds we do not control.
