Buyer Transaction Notice
1. Identify your seller
The Merchant named on the storefront is the seller of its goods or services. Before paying, check its identity and contact details, product description, quantity, full price, delivery arrangements and applicable return or cancellation conditions. LokalFlow provides the ordering technology and remains responsible for duties imposed on it by law. A hosted storefront is not a product-safety or regulatory-approval certificate.
2. Confirming and resolving orders
Check your cart and recognised voice input before confirmation. An automated order acknowledgement is not by itself evidence of payment settlement or delivery. The Merchant’s disclosed acceptance terms govern when its sales contract is formed, subject to the law. Contact the Merchant about supply, delivery, cancellations and refunds. You may also report unresolved misconduct or platform errors to hi@respawned.my. Neither this Notice nor a Merchant disclaimer removes mandatory consumer remedies or your right to approach a bank, regulator, tribunal or court.
3. Privacy and safety
Order data is shared with the Merchant and relevant service providers to process your purchase as explained in the applicable privacy notices. Declining optional marketing must not prevent an ordinary purchase. Do not send passwords or unnecessary medical information in order notes. Report potentially unsafe or unlawful products rather than relying on a seller’s “use at your own risk” statement.
