1. What a storefront means
LokalFlow provides software operated by Ofdast Network. Each storefront identifies the Merchant responsible for its offers and fulfilment. A LokalFlow URL, paid plan, transaction count, search placement or technical support does not represent regulatory clearance, professional endorsement, an investment recommendation or a safety guarantee. Product descriptions and reviews can contain third-party claims. We may investigate and restrict content; the absence of a restriction is not certification.
2. Information and professional decisions
Platform information, AI assistance and merchant content are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice. Do not rely on a listing as proof that a substance is safe to consume or inject. “Research only”, “at your own risk” or similar wording does not establish legality or remove mandatory rights. Report concerning content through hi@respawned.my with the storefront URL and relevant details.
3. Service limitations and preserved rights
Availability, AI interpretation, search results, tracking and third-party messages can be incomplete or delayed. Check transaction details and contact the Merchant for product matters; contact us for platform failures or reports. This Disclaimer is explanatory and does not create a broader exclusion than the Platform Terms. It does not exclude our own legal obligations, non-excludable consumer remedies or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
